Hi, I’m Jeni Ambrose, PhD.

Twenty-five years at the intersection of psychology, leadership, and human performance.

The executives I work with aren't looking for someone to validate their thinking or hand them a model. They want someone who will tell them the truth, go to the level where it matters, and hold their own in a hard conversation. That's the work I do.

My background.

My background is unusual for this field. I hold a doctorate in depth psychology with an emphasis in somatic studies from Pacifica Graduate Institute — a discipline that works at the intersection of the unconscious and the body. I completed my executive coaching training at Emory University's Goizueta Business School. And I've spent 25 years in direct work with executives, founders, and high performers navigating the moments that define what comes next.

Earlier in my career I held leadership roles in national advocacy and organizational governance, and spent over a decade in coaching and leadership development before completing my graduate training. I've worked in executive contexts across industries, in the U.S. and internationally.
